Garlic (lehsun) ka Paste: 1.5 Spoon

Lal mirch paste: 4 spoon

Laung: 2

Dal chini: 2

Badi elaichi

Choti Elaichi: 3-4

tej patta: 2

Desi ghee

Namak: According to taste

Rajasthani Style me Lal maas banane ka tarika:

  • Sabse pehle mutton ko acche se saaf karke. alag rakh le.
  • ab kadhai  me desi ghee dal kar garam kare. jab ghee bilkul garam ho jaye. tab usme badi elaichi, dal chini, laung, tej patta aur choti elaichi daal kar khusbu aane tak bhune.
  • aap mutton ko dahi ke saath marinate karke bhi rakh sakte hai. mutton me dahi, lal mirch ka paste aur ginger-garlic paste mila kar use kar sakte hai. nahi to alag alag bhi use kar sakte hai.
  • ab ghee me barik kata hua pyaz daale. use brown hone tak bhune.
  • pyaz ke brown hone ke baad isme ginger aur garlic ka paste milakar, ache se bhune.
  • ab isme lal mirch ka paste daal kar, ache se bhune.
  • Ab is masale me mutton ke piece aur dahi milaye. ab ise ache se bhune.
  • ab isme thodha paani milakar 35 minute ke liye pakne de.
  • jab mutton pak jaye. to upar se 2-3 spoon deshi ghee milaye.
